The autonomous emergency braking system predicts obstacles, even while travelling on extra-urban roads. Thanks to it, the new Avenger can brake automatically to avoid or mitigate collision with preceding vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists.
The active lane management system measures your position within lane boundaries. If the system detects an unintentional lane drift, it will alert you and correct the vehicle's position back into its lane. It also provides steering correction to help avoid collisions.
The blind spot detection system reduces the risk of accidents during lane changes by alerting you when other vehicles travel into one of your blind spot zones, and warning of unseen vehicles or obstacles when backing up.
